Bullying is being mean to someone again and again or "an ongoing and deliberate misuse of power in relationships through repeated verbal, physical and/or social behaviour that intends to cause physical, social and/or psychological harm". There is a lot you can do to stop it. Check out this Project Rockit TV video.

Cyberbullying is sending/sharing nasty, hurtful or abusive messages/emails; posting/sharing embarrassing videos or images; spreading rumours online; setting up fake online profiles; excluding others; or repeated harassment (cyberstalking).
